Developing and implementing long-term operational strategies that will align with the client's overall goal and objectives
Overseeing local quality teams in each manufacturing location to train, motivate and empower them to achieve consistently high food-safety and quality standards
Identifying potential risks and creating mitigation plans
Investigating complaints and non-compliance and implement strong preventive measures
Collaborating with the client's Global quality team leaders based in Europe to identify and implement best practices
Expanding scope and performance of our client's NABL accredited laboratory in Coimbatore
Designing and implementing a quality management system that ensures consistent quality throughout the manufacturing process
Providing visionary leadership to all departments, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
The Successful Applicant An ideal candidate will be a Quality functional leader with 10+ years of experience in managing Quality as a function in the retail food space. An incumbent shall understand the importance of Quality parameters at each stage of value chain. Strong foundational knowledge of Quality standards and apex bodies is a must have for this position. This role will require an incumbent to work directly with farmers, hence an incumbent shall be very hands on. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience is important to be successful in this role. What's On Offer
