Job Description :

• Collaborate in all phases of design, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
• Produce Test Fitouts with multiple options in a quick turnover time.
• Have strong knowledge of material selection (FF&E), Color palettes, and other long lead items.
• Generate and review good for construction drawings with necessary details for multiple projects.
• Provide design support and documentation during the entire design to the execution phase.
• Work with external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators.

Required Skills & Background :

• Bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture related fields from an accredited school.
• 6 - 10 years of interior design experience, with a focus on workplace interiors.
• Proficient in SketchUp, CAD, 3D, and other modelling software programs.
• Proficient in presentation related software.
• Knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, Color selections, and specifications.
• Graphics and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas.
