Job description
Our ideal sales person should be self-sufficient, have a strong understanding of the sales process, and excel at cultivating both warm and cold leads, and building relationships. We are seeking a quick learner with strong listening and negotiating skills, and someone with a presence who can showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
A Sales Executive responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through sales strategies and techniques. They would work closely with the sales team and other departments to develop and implement effective sales plans, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Make warm and cold outbound calls, engaging out-of-the box thinking to develop new and unique sales tactics,
- Develop comprehensive sales packages that help our clients touch their customers in television, print, social media and online,
- Generating sales results through lead generation opportunities.
- Generate leads and grow existing relationships, maintaining an accurate, detailed client book, and developing an active, repeat customer base,
- Identify up-sell opportunities and make recommendations based on information from our clients,
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and lead conversion goals,
- Proactively seek out and make recommendations for process improvements related to our communications platform,
- Analyze, develop, and implement sales goals and plans as well as execute sales presentations and meetings,
- Develop and implement a sales call process to productively manage your accounts within the business.
Job Requirements
- Proper and precise English speaking and writing skills
- History of success rate at levels above quotas and a minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport
- Proficiency in the use of Google/GSuite applications (GMail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Preferred Experience and working knowledge of Odoo ERP or any other ERP.
- Must demonstrate a talent and desire to sell, gain market and service knowledge
- Capability to demonstrate the ability to learn technical product knowledge.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, whilst providing exemplary customer service.
- Should be an independent worker with the ability to execute assignments to completion within given specifications and standard accepted practices.
