Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Specialist in Hyderabad.

Assist in documenting features, functionalities, and specifications to ensure product clarity for both customers and internal teams.

Provide timely and efficient responses to client enquiries and support requests via email and phone other communication channels.

Collaborate closely with the Customer Support Manager and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns effectively.

Participate in the development and implementation of customer support strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Create and update a product knowledge base to deliver accurate and informed support to customers.

Create training materials, videos and resources for customer to promote self-help options and improve user experience.

Contribute to ongoing efforts to streamline support processes and improve operational efficiency.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold company values while interacting with customers and colleagues.
