About The Role Involved in requirements analysis, test planning activities, test case automation and execution of critical test cases/scripts required to ensure that the software meets business requirements. Functional Testing levels may include application integration, system, system/network integration and acceptance testing; may also include non-functional testing such as performance, volume, load and fallback.
In this opportunity as Software QA Engineer, you will:
- The Senior QA Software Engineer is responsible for conducting thorough product testing using manual and automated testing techniques.
- The Senior QA Software Engineer will be involved in testing of the custom developed ERP integrations and APIs.
- This role requires participation in all phases of software development testing cycle including the development, review, execution and automation of tests plans/cases/scripts to ensure the software meets business requirements.
- The Senior QA software Engineer will work closely with QA Engineers, developers, business analysts and product managers throughout the release process. Various levels of testing are required including feature, system, integration, security, performance, load and others as assigned.

About You You're a fit for the role of Software QA Engineer if your background includes:
- 7+ years of experience with the full software development life cycle and automated testing tools
- 5+ years of experience of testing APIs, integrations and UI automation
- Experience with CI/CD processes and platforms
- Experience in developing and maintaining of Rest and SOAP web services test automation framework using REST Assured
- Experience in working on non-UI testing: API, web services, REST and SOAP, back-end testing, test data management, mocking, etc
- Experience working with and developing automated test scripts using Gherkin and frameworks such as BDD
- Experience in testing ERP business processes and integrations (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Netsuite) is highly desired
- Solid experience in organizing the development and maintenance of test strategies, test plan, test cases, and reports
- Experience in apply technical expertise to build, maintain, and expand test automation frameworks and coverage
- Experience in managing large scale test cases and test scripts using test management tools
- Experience in working on UI testing frameworks: Selenium, Protractor etc.
- Experience in working on SQL Database with Joins and stored procedures
- Experience filing bugs and tracking/driving issues to closure. Ability to write effective reproducible test scenarios
- Experience in executing performance and load tests, analyzing results and identifying bottlenecks preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with testing financial applications, particularly accounting applications a plus
- Good debugging skills

Senior Business Analyst - Thomson Reuters is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their Technology - product engineering function. A Senior analyst into techno-functional role with US taxation and accounting knowledge. May also be a liaison to external customers. Collects, analyzes and synthesizes data to document requirements, and translates into detailed technology needs & formal specifications. ensuring needs of stakeholders and business are met Reviews business and product needs, instructions, regulations, and laws for complex projects; implements these changes into software using intermediate level programming skills, testing, and providing support to customers as required. Authors & communicates requirements documentation Depending on the nature of the project, undertakes a combination of project management, technical implementation, and testing analyst tasks. Expected to have either a strong proprietary knowledge base or multiple years of previous experience in requirements analysis and authoring. Takes on higher level business requirements & specifications
About The Role-- Ensures & takes responsibility for the collection, analysis, validation, and documentation of annual Regulatory requirements related to assigned products as well Client's business needs including client's requests around these requirements.
- Responsible for reviewing changes in tax/reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions and related business processes to ensure that business requirements are effectively implemented to ensure minimal impact to clients or processing.
- Reads and understands IRS and global tax regulations and requirements for interpretation to business requirements – specifically as they relate to the assigned products
- Uses agreed upon business systems analysis processes to provide appropriate user interface design, application functionality and client documentation.
- Participates in short and long term planning sessions with stakeholders to improve the user experience and business processes.
- May lead and will assist in defining short and long term needs to determine business priorities.
- May lead and will assist in driving the development & improvement of business processes within the technology and business organizations.
- Serves as liaison between development across SBUs for process and business improvement and process and system integration.
About You-- Able to work in a team development environment
- Able to work with various levels within the organization as well with clients.
- Able to work with remote development teams to communicate business requirements and coordinate or assist with quality assurance testing.
- Accountable for timeliness and project results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Responsible for estimating effort required for own work in addition to agreeing with other team member estimates.
- Must have a working understanding of information systems, business operations, requirements analysis, and integration/design of client solutions.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology required.
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 + years experience in a business analysis or accounting/tax role
- Accounting/Tax experience or education required
- Agile Certifications helpful
