Job Description:
We're on the lookout for a proficient HR Manager to join our dynamic team at Capline Services. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the spectrum of HR functions while ensuring strict adherence to legal compliance. Emphasize the necessity of managing legal policies, conducting audits, and upholding regulatory standards. Highlight requisite qualifications, skills, and experience encompassing both HR and legal compliance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Spearheading and steering diverse HR initiatives, fostering a culture of employee engagement
● Addressing grievances and executing appropriate resolutions
● Collaborating with statutory bodies, aligning policies with labor laws and regulations
● Formulating new policies and crafting legal documents for varied purposes, e.g., Board Resolutions, RTIs, and government correspondences
● Modifying existing policies and integrating them into manuals as necessary
● Maintaining comprehensive employee records on HRMS and ensuring their accuracy (onboarding, exits, transfers)
● Managing attendance records and leave administration via systems
● Promptly resolving queries and concerns
● Monitoring employee turnover rates and conducting engagement surveys, implementing strategies accordingly
● Furnishing precise payroll data to the Finance team on a monthly basis
● Overseeing payroll, HR, and statutory audits including PF, ESI, LWF, and Gratuity
● Timely processing of full & final settlements (recoveries, gratuity payments, etc.)
● Ensuring compliance with labour laws for the Noida location
● Managing the end-to-end onboarding and exit procedures, maintaining personnel files, and issuing requisite letters
● Conducting background verification checks following prescribed protocols.
Qualifications:
● Candidates with exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a solid academic background
● Proven experience managing HR functions as a Lead/AM in a mid-sized organization (preferably in the BPO/KPO industry or similar sectors)
● Outstanding people management and interpersonal skills
● Tech-savvy, adept at working with tools like Google Sheets
● Degree in BCom/BBA/MBA or a related field, with specialization
● Detail-oriented, capable of multitasking under tight deadlines and pressure.
