Responsible for full cycle recruitment activities, including job posting, pre-screening, testing, interviewing, negotiating, reference check and hiring process.
Screening resume and selecting the best fit sending to Line Manager
Handle candidate sourcing and pre-screening to match qualified candidates with position requirements.
Dealing with vendors like PF Agents, Housekeeping, Stationers, Pest Control Travel Agents etc.
Check vendors bills, phone bills, maintenance bills etc. same proceed for payment.
Arrange Maintain stationery, Housekeeping, general office upkeep. Handling all Office Housekeeping, Office Security, Office Repair Maintenance, Office Maintenance Pantry.
Handling office assistants across all offices
Taking care of all AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) like Air-conditioning Housekeeping, etc
Arrangement of all Office functions, parties offsite
Any other tasks as required by the HR department
Who You Are
Bachelors Degree
Multitasker
At least 2-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition and/or Office Admin
Excellent communicator and well-organized.
Nice to have
Good interpersonal, communication negotiation skills.
