HR Association of India and Silicon India.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The person shall work closely with the founding team and shall involve: communication with clients, lead generation & product demonstrations,customer onboarding, and delivering training sessions.Primary responsibilities:Implement Marketing initiatives,Lead New business development, andClient onboarding & engagement.RequirementsOverall 1 5 years relevant experience with core expertise in Marketing and/ or B2B Business Development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsDigital / traditional Marketing experienceStrong Research skillsExperience with CRM / Emailing software and lead generation tools is a plusStrong customer service skillsProven experience in Sales generation activities (including lead generation using LinkedIN, etc.)Ability to work independently & under pressurePleasant, Outgoing & result driven individualAbility to conduct effective Product Demo / training sessionsStrong Preference forRelevant Experience in the HR / Recruitment target segmentProven Experience in B2B sales, Marketing or lead generation with CXO levelExperience in International Inside SalesAbility to create & publish high quality online content & designsMBA in HR / MarketingProximity to our office in Green Park, New Delhi
