Job description

Key purpose of the job:

The position is responsible for achieving the sales order booking targets, unit sales and collections within budgeted timelines, ensuring customer satisfaction and supervising the sales administration activity at project site. Ensure impeccable customer experience at site including data management and following audit compliances.

Strategic · Contribute and participate in the formulation and implementation of the sales strategy for the project · Participate in conceptualization & launch of sales initiatives to maximize order booking for the project · Consistently evaluate market trends and competitor moves to protect existing sales and maximize future sales opportunities · Ensure overall efficient resource management, drive cost reduction & achievement of targets for the project

Operational Sales · Ensure generation of leads through multiple channels such as Channel Partners, Loyalty & referrals through existing customers, Corporates, Local market activations etc. · Proactively contact potential customers to promote the project · Ensure prompt responsiveness on sales enquires so as to maximize sales conversions · Coordinate with other functions viz. Customer Care, Project Management Group, Legal on customer queries · Identify and develop relations with existing & new key customers (E.g. Corporates, HNI Clients) · Develop relationships with Partners (brokers/ property consultants) to ensure market penetration · Be involved in negotiating and closing deals with customers · Ensure collections from the customers on time as required to be done by the sales team · Regularly monitor collections data including outstanding payments in order to foresee potential cancellations and take necessary steps to resolve the issues · Ensure productivity of the sales staff as per the required performance standards · Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of data related to the project sales and existing / potential customers · Oversee the day to day sales activity, management of team, allocation of resources etc.

Sales Support · Oversee after sales support to the customers at the project as required · Ensure efficient hand over of the customer from the sales to the customer care team post closure of the sale

Others · Support in effective implementation of Marketing initiatives to drive sales for the project in coordination with the Regional Marketing team · Liaise with Regional Marketing team for all communication (viz. brochures, mailers, pictures) related to the project · Continuously track changing trends, customer requirements & feedback and convey the same to the Regional Head-Marketing & Sales · Track competitor movements in the location and strategies for their properties · Ensure that sales logins are done by the team in a timely manner · Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate timely payment of brokerage/incentives for Channel Partners

Developmental · Keep abreast of developments in the area · Provide appraisal feedback to the teams · Manage the team effectively by coaching, mentoring, providing periodic feedback and exposure to enhance learning
