Qualifications & Experiences
Required
∙ Minimum 3 years experience at a Head Chef level within a large, high-end, high-volume outlet or equivalent industry experience
∙Proven results in a high volume, high-end restaurant relevant to the restaurant
∙Cultural intelligence obtained through leading or being part of a diverse and multi-national team
∙Demonstrated experience in financial management, including budgeting cost control, and P&Ls.
∙Proven experience in developing training programs and/or teaching and training Junior Chefs
∙Legislative requirements – employment relations, health and safety, food safety, responsible service of alcohol, and Host Responsibility
∙Sound and proven oral and written communication skills
∙Medium to a high level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office and an e-procurement system
