EXPERIENCE

Duties you'll be entrusted with:

Implementation/Deployment of TOC Concepts across all the functions to ensure increased profits, faster improvements, improved capacity, reduced lead time and reduced inventory. Responsible for leading the Industrial Engineering team to drive Lean manufacturing initiatives. Lead initiatives that help in standardization and improved control of core processes. Experience in operational excellence methodologies and data analytics tools (six sigma, Cycle time analysis, low cost automation, poka yoke, 5S, kaizen, PFMEA, Control Plan, Green field Project, New line setup, plant layout, TPM)

Basic Requirements

B.Tech/BE - Production, B.Tech/BE - Industrial Engineering minimum experience of 15 years in Automotive Industry. Excellent leadership skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
