Job description
We are looking for resourceful candidates to join our Private Credit team within our Financial Research group based in Gurugram/Bengaluru/Hyderabad, India. The group works with the Private Credit (North America and Europe) front office to provide in-depth support to the investment research and decision processes of the firm's proprietary trading in the Private Credit space. This role requires you to look at large and highly structured commercial real estate opportunities, evaluating live transactions, perform deal analyses and valuations of CRE assets.
In this role, you will be involved in supporting the front office group in analyzing and assessing investment opportunities across the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) capital structure which includes but is not limited to building and maintaining detailed financial models, performing market research, preparing and presenting investment memos, conducting investment due diligence, analyzing sector-related reports to identify insights and performing deep dives by connecting research with market data.
