We invite you to join us and be part of our growth journey. What we are looking for: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), Sketch, Figma, or equivalent. Expertise in creating polished presentations using PowerPoint , with a keen eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices . Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address design challenges. Experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with design and prototyping tools . Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design. What you'll do: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to understand project requirements and goals. Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and translate insights into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes. Utilize PowerPoint to create visually compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including sales decks, project updates, and design presentations. Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces based on the principles of user-centered design. Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across different platforms and products. Stay updated on industry trends, and emerging technologies, and design best practices to enhance the overall quality of our products. Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs and contribute to the overall success of the project.Job tags
