Role Description

Schima Sysnet and Solutions Pvt Ltd, a part of Sysnet Group of Companies currently has open IT positions.

IT support Engineer (EUC), is a full-time on-site role for Chennai Location.

(Number of headcount : 6 )

As an IT support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing support for end-users and resolving technical issues. Duties include, but are not limited to, setting up workstations, configuring hardware and software, and troubleshooting network connectivity and peripheral equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience working in IT support or related field
• Excellent knowledge of operating systems and software applications such as Windows 10, Microsoft Office suite, Exchange, and Active Directory
• Hands-on experience with desktop, laptop, and mobile device hardware; Windows and Apple-based desktops/laptops; Microsoft operating systems; iOS/Android devices; and network equipment such as routers and switches
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse group of individuals
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced atmosphere
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
