Your Typical Day at Work: Take charge as the custodian of customer service, acquisition, retention, and resident support processes. Curate a memorable living experience for Housr residents, ensuring utmost customer delight. Streamline the onboarding and move-out process, making it a hassle-free transition for Housr residents. Work in synergy with the operations team to deliver a seamless stay experience in line with service-level agreements. Monitor and analyze sales, profit and loss, and revenue management, producing impeccable data with the team and presenting accurate reports to the leadership team. Manage property rentals effectively, including filling vacancies, screening tenants, enforcing leases, and maintaining security. Facilitate monthly rent collection cycles and follow standard procedures for handling late rent payments. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards according to company policies. Spearhead training drives for Trainee Resident Managers and provided necessary guidance and support to the property maintenance team, including Security personnel and Housekeeping staff.

This role requires a balance of professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality to enhance the resident experience. By upholding exemplary property standards and fostering teamwork, you will contribute to the success of Housr.

Your Expertise: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably from the Institute of Hotel Management. Minimum 1 year of experience in a prestigious five-star hotel or coliving setup. Impeccable communication skills ensure the highest level of customer delight. Proven track record in managing operations, including maintenance, cleanliness, and more. Unparalleled ability to resolve customer issues with finesse.
