Job description
Communication :
? Anchor the communication campaigns across a broad spectrum of function.
? Support all functions within LGI to deliver their messages to target audiences.
? Share input on content and ensure communication of all important events (emails,
newsletter, Intranet meetings, events), in line with the global standards.
? Initiate & Develop Intranet- Content in alignment with other functions and
manage governance. Drive launch of phase 2.0.
Recognition :
? Manage Recognition Portal (Shine) –Service Anniversaries, Group deposit & Spot Awards
in alignment with the external vendor and internal Global Team.
? Keep a track of Invoices and process payments as per Schedule.
? Support RACE (recognition platform across LGI) – Planning, designing & Communicating
all vital information related to event.
? Manage Global stakeholders and align on required support on Communications &
Recognition
? Promote Recognition through the internal platform and analyze usage data.
? Database management
Competencies:
? Excellent attention to detail and good communications skills.
? Candidate having Creative bent is preferred with sound knowledge on technology.
? Experience working with team collaborations in a marketing/communications environment
will be added advantage.
? Inclination towards designing Content & creatives/mailers
? Good Interpersonal, keen to work on presentation building, writing, editing.
? Hands on in Excel
