Responsibilities
Description Project Management Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing projects. Documentation Create, maintain, and organize project documentation, including project plans, reports, and meeting minutes. Data Analysis Collect and analyze project data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Coordination Coordinate project activities, meetings, and schedules to ensure projects are on track. Communication Facilitate communication among project stakeholders and team members. Quality Assurance Ensure adherence to PMO standards and procedures in project execution. Process Improvement Suggest improvements to PMO processes and workflows.
