Your Role:

As a Technical Lead & People Manager at Hushh, you'll have a dual responsibility. You will guide the technical direction of our projects while also nurturing and managing a team of talented engineers. This role requires a balance of deep technical expertise, leadership, and a genuine passion for people management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI and data management solutions.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Act as a technical mentor, guiding the team through complex technical challenges.
• Ensure project timelines are met without compromising on quality or team well-being.
• Drive technical discussions, decision-making processes, and architectural planning.
• Handle administrative and HR-related responsibilities for your team.
