Chennai Plant Assistant Manager
(Irungattukottai, Sriperumpudur, Chennai Plant) Plant over all admin activities Must work closely with the Head of HR and Plant Head Take care of the end to end recruitment activities Conduct training and on board exercise Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline process Take the lead related to HK activities, canteen, transport and over all facility's management Must ensure smooth travel desk and booking activities Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations. Manage schedules and deadlines Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation Must coordinate and ensure timely completion of employee engagement activities Coordinate with all the departments and ensure timely completion of MIS reports requested by the HHR Assist the Pay roll executive in the completion of smooth pay roll process by providing the required data on time and every time. Act as a bridge between internal and external stake holders Ensure HR and admin statutory compliances Requirements Minimum a Post Graduate Degree is a must. MBA preferable Excellent communication and presentation skills are mandatory Preferably a multi linguistic. For plant admin activities Hindi is mandatory Hands on experience in the similar profile will be given preferenceJob tags
