Role Description
This is a full-time Admission Counselor position at INIFD Borivali, located in Mumbai. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, answering questions, and offering support with admissions paperwork. The Admission Counselor will also be responsible for providing prospective students with campus tours, information on course offerings and degree programs, and financial aid options. This is an on-site role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Previous experience in a counseling or advising role preferred in Education field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Familiarity with standard office software and systems
- Experience with admissions processes preferred
