Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive at One Destin, located in Tirupati with flexibility for remote work. You will be responsible for identifying new business development opportunities, generating leads, market research and analysis, customer service, establishing and maintaining excellent communication with clients.

Requirements:

• Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
• Strong understanding of business and Sales Processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with customers and internal teams.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the role include:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience working in a B2C sales environment.
• Experience in project management, marketing, and business development is a plus.
• Experience working in Event Organising company.
