About Us - We are at the forefront of Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare and FMCG product supply. We source and supply Branded, Generics and Over-the-Counter medicines along with Vitamins, Personal care, Medical devices and wide range of FMCG products across the globe.
About the role - We are seeking excellent communicators to manage and grow our current client base in and across UK. Successful pharmaceutical company based in UK with branch in Anand. The IT Head will be responsible for overseeing the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer engineering or information technology, with approximately 15 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities – IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems. ERP System: Possess a deep understanding of ERP systems and oversee their implementation, configuration, and maintenance. Firewall Management: Manage the company's firewall systems, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Cloud Management: Oversee the company's cloud infrastructure, including cloud-based services and applications. Data Security Management: Implement and maintain security measures to protect the company's data and IT infrastructure from cyber threats and attacks. IP Management : Manage the company's IP addresses and ensure compliance with IP management policies and procedures. Migration: Plan and execute IT infrastructure migrations, including data migration and system upgrades. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on IT activities, including hardware and software inventory, network performance, and security incidents. Vendor Management: Work closely with external vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and services. User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues and providing training as needed. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant IT policies, procedures, and regulations. Team Management : Supervise and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed. Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the successful implementation of IT projects and initiatives . Qualification & Skills Required – Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology Approximately 15 years of experience in a similar role Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems Deep understanding of ERP systems, firewalls, and cloud infrastructure also Experience with O365, ERP System, Firewall, Data Security Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentJob tags
