Job description
• Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
• Co-ordinate for pre-sales and post-sales processes and follow-ups
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within
existing customers to maximize share of wallet
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
• Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing innovative solutions to
meet & exceed expectations
• Ensure delivery of optimal products and services in a timely manner
• Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
• Create continuous customer engagement programs to ensure top-of-mind recall for MMFSL
product suite
• Prepare regular reports, MIS of progress and forecasts for all stakeholders using key account
metrics
