About the job:
As an Internal Audit Associate youll be crucial in maintaining orderlevel accounting. Youll be the point of contact for ascertaining the loss due to late returns damages and lost items. You will also be responsible for collecting the cost of such losses from the customers while maintaining a positive relationship with them.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and assess the cost of damages and lost items post quality check.
- Follow up with customers to collect these costs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all collection processes.
- Develop and implement collection procedures to minimise loss and optimise efficiency.
- Respond to customer inquiries and address concerns regarding late returns damages and lost items in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to refine the collection processes and reduce loss rates.
Requirements
- Any graduate/postgraduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in collections debt recovery or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and deescalate challenging situations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
- Problemsolving abilities and a creative approach to finding solutions.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
