1. Role :- Mainframe Developer 2. Required Technical Skill Set :- IBM Mainframe Tech stack - JCL, COBOL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, TSQ, TDQ, MQ, Control-M Scheduler, ChangeMan, Xpeditor, Abend Aid, Stored Procedures. 3. Desired Experience Range :- 8+ years 4. Location of Requirement :- Indore/Pune/Hyderabad/Bengaluru
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have :- 1. Experience in application development on IBM Mainframe Tech stack - JCL, COBOL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, TSQ, TDQ, MQ. 2. Hands on experience on COBOL, DB2, Stored Procedures and JCL programming. Should be able to design, develop and test the code based on requirements. 3. Need to have good knowledge on CNTL-M 4. Conversant with Mainframe Tools - Control-M Scheduler, ChangeMan, Xpeditor, Abend Aid etc. 5. Be proactive to stay 100% productive and Independently deliver on technical changes. (most important) 6. Good Communication Skill required to work with DBAs, Infrastructure Admins and Cross LOB Application SMEs to testing coordination . 7. Open to gain expertise and contribute to projects on new Tools and Technologies. 8. Follow the SDLC process defined in the team and Support releases and BAU work
Good-to-Have :- 1. Working Experience in Mainframe Cost Reduction, Performance Tuning and Migration programs. 2. Knowledge of Investment Banking Domain - Post trade - including Cash payments 3. Agile practices (SCRUM, JIRA workflow) 4. Knowledge on ETL and Capital Markets
