Job description
Plan and manage on a daily basis the work schedules for Inbound Voice and Chat Team
Have access to and manage Time Sheets
Track Log-In, Log-Out time, Break Times, Training Times
Managing vacations, unscheduled leaves/absences etc. with information to
Supervisors, Team Leads, Managers - with replacements
Develop strategies/plan for retention, recruitment, training, coaching and knowledge management
Identify 1) roles that may have become obsolete,
2) new roles that may have come up 3) Plan that staffing and the budget
Manage the Sales Box - 1) Web Enquiry, 2) PO, 3) Contact Us
Perform other duties as assigned
Competencies and skills
Graduate with up to 5 years experience in Work Force
Planning/Management
Preferred Skills
Experienced in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Powerpoint.
Familiarity with SAP based WFM Tool desired (NICE/InContact)
Additional Notes Proficiency in PowerBI desired
