Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Automation Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in JavaScript, TypeScript, and test automation frameworks. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated test solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The candidate should be familiar with web testing technologies such as WebDriverIO (WDIO) and Playwright, as well as possess expertise in continuous integration tools like Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
Responsibilities :
1. Design and develop robust automated test scripts using JavaScript and TypeScript.
2. Implement and maintain automated test frameworks, with a focus on WebDriverIO and Playwright.
3. Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
4. Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline using tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
5. Work closely with software developers to identify and resolve issues and bugs.
6. Participate in code reviews to ensure the quality of automated test code.
7. Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
8. Implement and promote best practices for test automation, including Page Object Model (POM) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
9. Conduct performance testing and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in test automation and SDLC.
