JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Proficiency:

Acts under very minimal guidance to develop error free code testing and documenting applications

Outcomes:

1. Understand the applications features and component design and develop the same in accordance with user stories/requirements.
2. Code debug test and document and communicate product/component/feature development stages.
3. Develop optimized code with appropriate approach and algorithms following standards and security guidelines independently
4. Effectively interact with customers and articulate their input
5. Optimise efficiency cost and quality by identifying opportunities for automation/process improvements and agile delivery models
6. Mentor Developer I - Software Engineering to become more effective in their role
7. Learn technology business domain and system domain as recommended by the project/account
8. Set FAST goals and provide feedback to FAST goals of mentees

Measures of Outcomes:

1. Adherence to engineering processes and standards (coding standards)
2. Adherence to schedule / timelines
3. Adhere to SLAs where applicable
4. # of defects post delivery
5. # of non-compliance issues
6. Reduction of reoccurrence of known defects
7. Quickly turnaround production bugs
8. Meet the Defined productivity standards for project
9. Completion of applicable technical/domain certifications
10. Completion of all mandatory training requirements

1. Develop features and components with good understanding of the business problem being addressed for the client

Manage Defects:

1. Raise

   retest defects

Mentoring:

1. Mentor junior developers in the team
   
2. Set FAST goals and provide feedback to FAST goals of mentees

Document:

1. Create documentation for one's own work

1. Consume and contribute to project related documents
   share point
   libraries and client universities

Status Reporting:

1. Report status of tasks assigned

Release:

1. Adhere to release management process

Design:

1. Understand the design/LLD and link it to requirements/user stories

Code:

1. Develop code with guidance for the above

Additional Comments:

2-3 years of experience preferred. Good Knowledge about ETL Tools and DB . Good understanding on SQL and Stored Procedures . Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills . Should be good team player. Should be able to develop PL/SQL packages and procedures by following the best practices / conventions. Independently develop code . Support unit testing, systems testing and UAT testing . Perform other duties as assigned or requested . Good Communication skills
