Anaplan or Salesforce (SFDC) Application Software Developer Experience : 1 to 5 yearsLocation : BangaloreSalary : 15 to 18 LPAJob Description :The Business Application Software Developer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining business applications to support the company's financial and operational planning needs. This includes developing complex financial models, data integration, and scenario planning. The Business Application Software Developer will also collaborate with end users to understand their needs and translate those requirements into solutions.Responsibilities :- Design, build, and maintain business applications that align with the company's business requirements and objectives.- Collaborate with end users to understand their needs and translate those requirements into solutions.- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on best practices.- Train and support end-users and clients, ensuring they can effectively utilize the business applications for decision-making and planning.- Integrate data sources between applications to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for planning and reporting purposes.- Continuously improve and optimize business applications for performance, scalability, and usability.- Implement changes based on feedback and changing business needs.Minimum Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.- Ability to write software code and/or have a strong understanding of logical statements.- Strong understanding of financial and operational planning principles.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience as an information systems architect or developer (SFDC, Anaplan).- Experience as an Anaplan Model Builder.- Experience with data integration and data warehousing.- Experience with budgeting and forecasting.- Experience with Advanced Microsoft Excel functions and other productivity software.- Experience with cloud-based solutions.Targeted Business Applications :- SFDC (Salesforce)- AnaplanBenefits : - Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals.- Chance to make a significant impact on the company's success.
