One of our clients (Product-based) is hiring a Senior AEM Production Engineer.Website: the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AEM Production Support Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and stability of our AEM websites and applications in a 24/7 production environment. You will be responsible for providing proactive support, troubleshooting critical issues, and collaborating with various teams to maintain a seamless user experience.Tech Skills: AEM, Java, MSM, DSM, Tags, Service now, ComponentsJob Description:Responsibilities:- Proactively monitor AEM performance and identify potential issues before they impact users.- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to AEM functionality, performance, and content delivery.- Implement and maintain monitoring tools and dashboards to track key AEM metrics and performance indicators.- Collaborate with developers, content authors, and other engineers to identify and address root causes of problems.- Develop and implement solutions to improve AEM performance, stability, and security.- Stay up to date with the latest AEM updates, patches, and security best practices.- Escalate critical issues to the appropriate teams and ensure timely resolution.- Document technical solutions and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.- May provide support to users and answer their technical questions.- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for the AEM platform and support processes.Qualifications Required:- 5+ years of experience as an AEM Production Support Engineer or a similar role.- should have experience of working in Production Support.- Knowledge on AEM is a must.- Hands-on knowledge on ServiceNow, ITIL Standards will come in handy.- Work experience in cross-country teams is a plus.Education Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. /M.Sc./M.
