Job description

Key Responsibilities: Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and confirm product availability. Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors. Assist in the creation and processing of purchase orders. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate order specifications. Monitor the status of purchase orders and provide regular updates to the procurement team. Work closely with logistics to track and coordinate the delivery of goods. Maintain accurate and organized procurement documentation and files. Assist in the preparation of reports related to procurement activities. Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels. Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure proper stock levels. Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including data entry and record-keeping. Assist in researching potential suppliers and evaluating their products and services. Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that received goods meet specified standards. Address any issues related to product quality or delivery discrepancies.

Qualifications and Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced procurement environment.

Qualification: Graduation/Diploma/B.Tech in any stream Freshers may apply
