Responsibilities: (Overview) • Develop platform-specific copy for social media channels, including but not limited to Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, tailoring the content to each platform's unique audience and features • Research and understand our target audience's needs and interests • Collaborate with the team from concept development to delivery of the final product • Present copy concepts and final deliverables to the internal team • Revise copy based on internal feedback and direction • Ensure brand consistency in composition through tone, voice, and terminology Platform-Centric Content: Develop platform-specific copy for social media channels, including but not limited to Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, tailoring the content to each platform's unique audience and features. Real-Time Engagement: Monitor social media trends, engage with fans in real time, and create content that capitalises on current events, player performances, and relevant discussions. Drive X (formerly Twitter) to garner real-time engagement and foster audience bonding. Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing graphics, memes, and short videos to complement written content on social media. Live Coverage: Provide live coverage during matches, share real-time updates and highlights, and engage with the online community. Community Building: To strengthen the team's online fan base, foster a sense of community by initiating and participating in conversations, polls, and fan interactions. Skills & qualifications: • Follow all formats of Domestic and International Cricket • Understand Cricket terminologies • Exceptional writing skills • Passionate about (copy) writing • Social media and tech-savvy, especially twitter • Looking to build a career in copywriting and social media management • A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Excellent organisational skills and multitasking abilitiesJob tags
