Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.

Required Qualifications:

- Active real estate license in the relevant state or region.
- Excellent knowledge of local property market trends pricing and legal requirements.
- Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
