Job description

Recruiter Role & responsibilities
• Handling requirements of all levels.
• Handling the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned Mandates.
• Understanding the requisition of the client and sorting resume as per the need of the organization from the database, Job-Portals and references.
• Sourcing the resumes through databanks, job portals and references. (Job search engines, existing candidate relationships, referrals, and other sourcing techniques.)
• Checking the availability of the short listed candidates and arranging the interviews in co-ordination with the client.
• Conducting Telephonic interviews and scheduling face-to-face interviews.
• Coordinating with Recruitment process and candidates for scheduling interviews.
• Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
• Follow up with the offered candidates & confirming on their joining dates.
• Building and maintaining good rapport with the candidates. (Maintaining regular communication with candidates from the first contact till the release of offer letters.)
• Negotiating salary and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates.
• Able to communicate and interact effectively with individuals of all levels.
