The company provides a wide array of products like gas based ripening systems, supercritical carbon dioxide extraction systems, gas mixtures, Biogas analyzers, gas handling and gas chromatographer.

Job Responsibilities -

Industrial Relations: -

Promote measures for ensuring harmonious industrial relations with employees and other stakeholders

Ensure effective discipline across the factory at all levels.

Ensure timely fulfilment of all Factory related statutory requirements. Non-compliance should be NIL

Statutory Compliances: -

Securing various statutory licenses from depts. like Factories / Pollution Control Board consents / Panchayat license, contract labor registration license etc. and their periodical renewal, wherever applicable.

Complying with the requirements of various Laws including periodic maintenance of registers and records, timely submission of statutory returns, display of notices under various statutes.

Keeping track of all contracts / agreements with outsourcing contractors and their timely renewal.

Administration :-

Overall factory Administration and day to day administration requirements.

Responsible for Effective Administration of Canteen Management, Transportation and Travel Management of Employees as well as Guest, Security Management, Fixed Assets Management, Guest House, etc.

Planning Safety and security of the factory in terms of security staff deployment, Fire safety arrangements, and Shop floor operations.

Organizational Development : -

Initiate and implement innovative Team building and collaborative initiatives that help improve the Organizational Development - Assist in assessing organizational climate & plan for appropriate changes so as to develop core competencies in the organization.

Conduct periodic surveys in the organization to get feedback from employees regarding their perception on company's policies & practices, ascertain attitudes, morale & motivation.

Assist in developing a culture that facilitates performance and safety.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Any Specialization PG

Course in MSW / MLS will be added advantage.

Knowledge of Labor laws, IR, ER, HRM,

Min 10 years of proven work experience in a Plant/FactoryƂ
