- Daily management of People Technology related security tasks, primarily Workday but may also include Adaptive Insights, iCIMS and other systems as necessary.
- Continuous enhancement of current Workday security roles under the guidance of the lead Security Analyst.
- Support the People Technology team with security enhancements, automation and scalable initiatives.
- Perform user access reviews on a monthly candence and report back and support findings of the UAR.
- Manage and support key technical initiatives to deploy additional Workday functionality on the application roadmap
- Evaluate new technological solutions and make recommendations to enhance Workforce user experience
- Develop appropriate documentation for architectural, design, technical, implementation and test activities.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in supporting/implementing Workday Security in a corporate HRIS/IT role.
- Supported Workday Security in a production environment OR Workday Security PRO Certified
- Understanding of the impacts to modifying Security policies and understand end-to-end Security constructs
- Hands-on configuration experience of Workday Core HR, Security
- Ability to create, deploy, and maintain Workday custom reports and dashboards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and comfortable providing end user support and functional trainings
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Workday technologies - Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) Report Writer, Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields
- Experience with Workdays Human Capital Management (HCM) suite and Security
- Other experience with Compensation, Payroll, Security, Recruiting and Time Tracking a plus
- Experience with SOX principles and concepts
