- Role: Agency Manager
- Education: Any Graduation.
- Age: 20-35 years
- Experience minimum of 1years of experience in the life insurance industry
Key Responsibilities
- The Agency Manager will be responsible for handling a team of advisors and driving the development of a strong variable agency model in the assigned geography.
- Achieving top-line revenue targets through the variable agency model and meeting renewal targets for the channel will be key responsibilities.
- Candidates must have excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, along with a strong knowledge of the life insurance market and products.
- Prior experience in building and scaling a sales team is preferred, and fluency in Kannada and English is required.
