Job description
Requirement – Chartered Accountant with approx. 1 to 3 years' experience in Direct and Indirect tax (Having relevant experience from Industry / CA firm)
Role description:
- Tax due diligence of the entities proposed to be acquired by Incred.
- Review of SPA/ SHA from tax perspective upon acquisition of shares by the Company.
- Assistance in tax restructuring related work undertaken on time to time basis by the group.
- Preparation of annual tax return for the group entities.
- Preparation of tax withholding return and obtaining 15CA/ 15CB from the Chartered Accountant.
- Deposit of monthly TDS amount within statutory timelines.
- Preparation of draft tax audit report to be audited by the tax auditors.
- FATCA/ CRS related compliance and reporting.
- Review of agreements entered into by the Company from Direct and Indirect tax perspective.
- Quarterly advance tax computation for the group entities.
- Reconciliation of TDS as per books of accounts and Form 26AS on a quarterly basis for the retail NBFC business.
- Preparation of submissions to be filed with tax office in relation to the notices issued by tax department.
- Respond to the queries raised by Internal and Statutory auditors of the Company.
- Deferred tax asset/ liability computation on a quarterly basis.
- Preparation and filing of GST returns such as GSTR1, GSTR3B etc.
- Assistance in finalization of GST audit (GSTR 9/GSTR 9C).
- Preparation of submissions to be filed with the GST officer in relation to the notices issued by GST department.
