Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tirunelveli for a Sales and Support Executive. The Sales and Support Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities such as prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals. Additionally, the Sales and Support Executive will be responsible for providing customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in software sales is a plus
• Previous experience in the IT industry is a plus
• Proficient in using customer relationship management software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitasking skills
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a similar relevant field

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in the software industry, familiarity with CRM software, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
