Education – Graduate with PG Qualification in Human Resource Management from a reputed institute
Experience – Minimum 7-10 years

Job description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES AND IDEAL TIME SPENT (not more than 5 key responsibilities):
 Champion HR strategy formulation and ensure alignment of the HR strategy with organisation strategy.
 Manage the HR budget effectively, prioritizing initiatives for the business.
 Frame and implement HR Policies and Processes and periodically review the same for organizational fitness and alter / amend appropriately as per business requirements.
 Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
 Ensure effective implementation of all HR initiatives across the organization and ensure integration of HR efforts across location
 Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff
 Build and implement the performance management system for all functions to build a performing culture in the Organization.
 Ensure to build a culture that adopts and adapts the company's values in every day working.
 Build and implement the training strategy for all round personal and professional growth of all employees.
 Ensure the salary of all employees will be run and disbursed within time.
 Ensure 100% Statutory compliance and attend the Statutory Audits as and when required.
 Manage the general administration for the well -being of the organization and its employees with an eye on the overall cost.
