Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with managing and creating content for social media platforms. This includes developing and implementing social media campaigns, creating engaging content, and analyzing social media performance metrics. The role requires representing the company in social media interactions and events.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
• Social Media Content Creation skills
• Marketing and Communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and on-site in Pune
• Experience in the education or personal development industry is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred

Other relevant qualifications such as knowledge of design and editing software, proficiency in multiple languages, or experience with SEO and SEM would also be beneficial.
