About KPMG in India

Arabic language resource requirement

Forensic-WRHS (KPMG Ethics Helpline) helps clients in establishing and managing a secure, efficient, and impartial reporting channel for their employees as well as third parties to report any suspected malpractices or fraudulent activities. We offer more than 5 reporting channels to the clients (Phone, email, web portal, chatbot, post box, etc.). The team addressing those whistle-blower complaints, prepare a formal report and share with the quality evaluator.

Criteria:

  1. We are looking for Analyst level position
  2. Graduate from a recognized university
  3. Regional language proficiency in Arabic - Read, write and speak
  4. English communication (written and spoken) should be excellent
  5. We need experienced people having at least 6-12 months of call center experience
  6. Candidate has to be flexible to work in 24/7 shifts
  7. Candidate can be anywhere from KPMG office locations
