Job description

Job Title: Bancassurance Manager - Banking Sector (Karnataka)

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute bancassurance strategies to enhance insurance product sales within the Karnataka banking sector.

- Cultivate and manage relationships with bank partners to drive business growth.

- Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing sales team focused on bancassurance.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of insurance products.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments for strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or life insurance.

- Graduation from a recognized university.

- Proven success in bancassurance, preferably in the banking sector.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- In-depth knowledge of Karnataka's banking and financial sector.

Compensation:

Competitive Salary: INR 2.5 to 3.75 LPA
