Why this job matters
As an Associate Product Manager at British Telecom, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the retention and renewal of broadband and TV customers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty, thereby driving retention rates for our broadband services.
What You'll Be Doing - Retention Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute retention strategies specifically tailored for broadband and TV customers
- Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize customer data, analytics, and market insights to identify trends, preferences, and potential areas of improvement to inform retention initiatives.
- Product Enhancement: Work closely with the product development team to identify product improvements or new features that could positively impact customer retention.
- Customer Experience Improvement: Continuously assess the customer journey and propose enhancements to improve the overall experience, addressing pain points and friction areas.
- Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor and report on the effectiveness of retention initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field, preferably in telecommunications or a similar industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- A strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for driving customer loyalty and retention.
