Job description
The Executive assists the Manager-HRP, for payroll on-boarding/ migration activities of client companies, especially assisting day-to-day activities of Payroll setup & validation, Internal follow-up, Implementation status check, and related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs daily work with medium complexity, including payroll calculations during the setup phase, and implementation of client-specific and generic reports (monthly/ ad-hoc).
- Knowledge of end-to-end payroll process (input validation, processing steps, review mechanism, client reporting, compliance reports)
- Should possess good command in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
- Additional Knowledge of PMT, Visio, and Power BI will be preferable.
- Assists in the startup and manages the payroll administration for new clients
- Attending and managing call with Tech team on payroll build and back-end customization
- Perform other duties as assigned.
