Job description

IT Generalist
IT Technician-Experience between-1 to 3 years and Fresher's - Excellent +Decent Communication Skills and Basic Knowledge on below mentioned skillsets

As IT Generalist-Experience between-2 to 5 years, You Will…
Install and test workstations (break/fix), fix performance issues, diagnose/replace hardware and software related problems
Ensure workstations are functional (computer hardware peripherals/components)
Troubleshoot/report specific line of business program issues (Logical Agent/LivePerson/third-party applications)
Verify application results, conduct system audits
Be accountable for tracking and organization of physical hardware and other IT assets

Mandatory Skill Sets:-
-Basic troubleshooting
- PC Assembling.
- OS Installation & Configuration.
- Diagnose hardware & software issues.
- LAN & Networking configuration.
- Hardware & Software configuration.
- Solving client side queries.
- Support Remote Desktop Issues.
- Added Advantage: Hands on experience using Jira Tool

Work Mode:-
Job Location: Hyderabad, Hitech City (Raheja Mindspace) and Kokapet
It is a Work From Office role, (Five days working, Rotational shifts and Week off's)
Transport facility will be provided.
