About the Team

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in designing, executing and tracking various initiatives centered around the culture of the organization. About the Role
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in solving complex problems, driving programs and managing multiple stakeholders to implement those programs effectively.Success in this role will be measured by your ability to:
a)Design and execute initiatives around the cultural tenets. This would entail end to end execution and continuously improving the cultural rituals, symbols and other pillars of the organization's culture.
b)Work closely with HR Leadership team on central HR Strategic Project and coordinate with Business, HRBPs, COEs and employees for smooth delivery of identified initiatives.
