We're looking for an experienced Technical Sales Engineer. 

• Designation – Technical Sales Engineer
• Experience – Minimum 2 years
• Qualification – Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Work Timings – 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
• Working Days – 6 days
• Work Location – Thane (Areas covered Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Raigad)

• Salary – Depending on Knowledge and Experience)

Job Description

1. Sales Generation : Actively prospect, develop, and close sales opportunities with new and existing customers in the Industrial segment.

2. Customer Relationship Management:  Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their requirements and providing appropriate technical solutions.

1. Technical Support:  Provide technical expertise and assistance to customers regarding product selection, installation, and troubleshooting.

1. Product Presentations : Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our electrical products.

1. Market Research:  Stay updated with the latest market trends, competitors' activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

1. Quotation and Proposal Development:  Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals in response to customer requirements.

1. Sales Reporting:  Maintain comprehensive sales reports, including sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities, using CRM tools.

1. Collaboration:  Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project execution.
2. Attending Trade Shows and Events:  Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote products and expand the customer base

Skills

• Technical Knowledge:  Solid understanding of electrical products, systems, and applications in the industrial and commercial sectors.
• Sales and Customer Focus:  Strong sales acumen with a customer-centric approach, able to identify and address customer needs effectively.
• Communication Skills:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in local languages will be an advantage.
• Problem-Solving Abilities:  Demonstrated ability to analyse customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Interpersonal Skills:  Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders effectively.
• Self-motivation:  Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Flexibility:  Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory and occasionally outside the region.
• Computer Skills:  Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with CRM software is preferred.

Advantage to candidates who have worked with a Cable selling company, switchgear Selling company, or any other Industrial Electrical products selling company.
