We're looking for an experienced Technical Sales Engineer.
- Designation – Technical Sales Engineer
- Experience – Minimum 2 years
- Qualification – Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Work Timings – 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
- Working Days – 6 days
- Work Location – Thane (Areas covered Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Raigad)
- Salary – Depending on Knowledge and Experience)

Job Description
- Sales Generation : Actively prospect, develop, and close sales opportunities with new and existing customers in the Industrial segment.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their requirements and providing appropriate technical solutions.
- Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and assistance to customers regarding product selection, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Product Presentations : Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our electrical products.
- Market Research: Stay updated with the latest market trends, competitors' activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Quotation and Proposal Development: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals in response to customer requirements.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain comprehensive sales reports, including sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities, using CRM tools.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project execution.
- Attending Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote products and expand the customer base
Skills
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of electrical products, systems, and applications in the industrial and commercial sectors.
- Sales and Customer Focus: Strong sales acumen with a customer-centric approach, able to identify and address customer needs effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in local languages will be an advantage.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to analyse customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders effectively.
- Self-motivation: Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory and occasionally outside the region.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with CRM software is preferred.
Advantage to candidates who have worked with a Cable selling company, switchgear Selling company, or any other Industrial Electrical products selling company.
