Role Overview: We are actively seeking dynamic Marketing Executives to join our Sales and Marketing team, with a primary focus on lead conversion and driving revenue growth in the luxury and premium segments. Marketing Executive: Job Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead Conversion Expertise:
• Utilize persuasive communication and relationship-building skills to effectively convert leads into sales.
• Demonstrate an understanding of customer needs, ensuring our products seamlessly fit into their requirements.
• Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with the designing team to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
• Data Management and Analysis:
• Efficiently handle data related to customer interactions, maintaining accuracy and completeness.
• Uphold a customer-centric approach by identifying and solving problems, going beyond mere product sales.

Requirements from the Candidate:
• Experience & Education:
• 0-5 years of experience in relevant fields with a proven track record of lead conversion.
• Passion for marketing and a proactive attitude.
• Language Proficiency:
• Proficiency in English and the local language with excellent communication skills. Hindi speaking is preferred but not mandatory.
Competencies:
• Punctuality and patience.
• Strong negotiation skills&Effective presentation skills.
• Personal grooming in line with professional standards.
• Commitment to continuous skill enhancement.
Salary Package:
• Competitive salary ranging from 2 to 3 LPA (inclusive of variable component).Petrol allowance included.
