We are looking for a dynamic, high energy individual with positive attitude. He/she should be a go getter with Pleasing personality and excellent communication skills. Candidate should have 3-8 years of experience in front line Real Estate Direct & Channel Sales. Local candidate is preferable. Can handle the pressure of Sales.
Your primary responsibility will be driving sales revenue, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service to achieve sales targets. You will work closely with all stakeholders to drive business growth and contribute to the success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
· Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
· Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, developers, and industry professionals.
· Analyze sales data, generate reports, and present findings to senior management
· Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
· Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
· Maintain CRM systems to track sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress.
· Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
· Monitor customer feedback and work towards improving customer satisfaction levels.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
· Proven experience in residential real estate sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
· Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
· In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, industry trends, and competition.
· Proficient in using CRM systems and sales-related software.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
· High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
